Meet Ernie J. Little

As a member of the Navajo Nation and founder of Yeigo High Level, LLC, I've spent my career helping businesses grow by solving real-world challenges and building lasting customer relationships.

Before launching YHL Partnership for Success™, I owned and operated a successful window tinting and auto glass business for nearly 20 years. Later, I built a career in mortgage lending, helping families and business owners navigate important financial decisions.

Those experiences taught me one lesson that has shaped everything we do at YHL:
